In order to ensure the stability of product quality, the products we produce daily undergo severe testing, for example, products are tested for dispersion using film blowing machine and for blackness using injection molding machine and we also use melt flow rate apparatus to test the melt index atc.
- OEM/ODM Profile Currently our factory use the most advanced twin-screw extruders, average monthly capacity of each equipment reaches 200 tons. The masterbatches produced by this equipment have even grains, high gloss and good dispersion. 110L pressure-type Banbury mixer, through continuous mixing, pressure, is able to mix the coloring material with the carrier better, and thus makes the masterbatch more easily dispersed during application.
